VKVM

One keyboard and mouse
for all your Macs.

Push the cursor off the edge of one screen and keep working on the next Mac. Share the camera and microphone of the Mac you're sitting at with all the others. Reach the Macs that aren't on your desk.

What it does

VKVM runs on each of your Macs. Pick the Mac you're at, and the rest follow.

Keyboard and mouse, across Macs

Arrange your Macs side by side and move between them by crossing a screen edge, or jump with a hotkey. Clipboard and file drag-and-drop come along.

Your camera and mic, everywhere

Every other Mac sees a VKVM camera and microphone that work in Zoom, Meet, Teams and FaceTime. The stream starts on its own when an app opens the device, and one stream serves every Mac that's listening.

Call audio and live captions

When a call runs on another Mac, its audio plays back where you are, with live captions made on-device by Apple's speech recognition.

Remote screen access

View and control your Macs on other networks, VNC-style, with low latency and sharp text. Only your own registered Macs can connect.

Security and privacy

VKVM controls computers, so it is built to reach only yours.

  • Only your devicesYou sign in with your Google account, and each Mac gets its own hardware-backed key in the Secure Enclave. A Mac can only reach Macs registered to the same account.
  • Encrypted in transitEvery connection uses TLS 1.3 / QUIC. Macs connect to each other directly when they can, and through our relay when they can't.
  • Nothing listens for strangersYour Macs never open a public listening port. Connections are set up by your own signed-in devices.
  • Capture only during a sessionScreen, camera and microphone are captured only while one of your devices is actively using them. Nothing is recorded or stored on our servers.
  • Captions stay on your MacsTranscription runs on-device, and transcripts are saved only on your Mac.

Requirements

Macs with Apple silicon running macOS 26 or later. VKVM is distributed outside the Mac App Store, signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple.
